CRACKDOWNS AGAINST PR0N BY THE TOP IS TYPICALLY WHERE THEY LOSE MOST OF THEIR SUPPORT FROM MOST DUDES!!!

Moreover . . .

WILL THE AG FLEX ON ALL OF THE "ADULT MATERIAL" THAT IS PLENTIFUL ON ELON MUSK'S X?!?!?

Hint . . .

For most these rules mostly bad theater and don't stand up in higher courts.

However . . .

What caught our interest was a carve out where TKC might still be free to get "cheeked up" if the situation merits as much . . . 

The rule also attempts to protect legitimate First Amendment interests. The age verification requirement does not apply to bona fide news sites, broadcasts or public interest sites that may incidentally publish something normally considered pornographic.

And all of that begs the question . . . Is TKC bonafide?!?!

Maybe. Hopefully?!?! Probably not.
