A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that around 1 p.m. on March 10, law enforcement officials were advised that SUSPECT had been in possession of narcotics.
Investigators said they contacted Macon in his holding cell at the Kansas City Municipal Court, where they found a total of 32.28 grams of methamphetamine hidden in his pant leg.
Law enforcement officials noted that SUSPECT claimed to have found the drugs in a container in the bathroom part of the detention cell and admitted to having already ingested some. As a result, he has been charged with trafficking drugs. If convicted, he could be sentenced up to 10 years behind bars and to pay a $10,000 fine.
