On Wednesday afternoon, NKCPD officially announced that no foul play is suspected in Fells' death.
Upon further investigation, the Forensic Medical Center of Kansas determined that she had died from complications related to coronary artery disease.
The police department said that since no criminal conduct took place, it would have no further comment on the case.
