When the officer grabbed SUSPECT he said she began to resist as he took her to the ground and attempted to detain her. During the incident, she grabbed his handcuffs and tried several times to grab his department-issued knife. As he reached for his radio, she bit his left arm so hard he feared a chunk of it would be bitten off.
