People in an otherwise peaceful neighborhood are coming forward following a homicide this week.
Here's the word . . .
"Neighbors believe two teenage boys are responsible for the fatal shooting of another teenage boy in Kansas City’s Northland on Wednesday afternoon. One neighbor provided video to detectives showing one teen wearing a white hoodie and another in dark clothing. Both had their faces covered."
