Right now we wanted to share opinion from an AWESOME TKC READER who we respect and who offers a grassroots level perspective on the impact on anti-crime efforts at the neighborhood level.

Adhoc constructing a new building at 3100 Benton. The neighborhood doesn't want it.
This is a residential neighborhood with no Adhoc presence. It will blight the neighborhood. Last thing folks want is a bunch of anti violence rallies. People are trying to increase values not concentrate poverty and all the undesirable activity that goes with that... like shaking down White people for donations for an organization that's largely ineffective and serves no real purpose.
They said they wanted to develop on Propect. Nobody lives there and the property values along Prospect are already in the toilet.
