MAYOR Q IS WRONG ABOUT THE PUBLIC'S LOVE OF WALKING ON THE PLAZA!!!

Sure . . .

This weekend's even did garner some desperately needed attendance and everyone seems to have a good time BUT nobody every went broke by providing American consumers additional convenience. 

Here's the word so locals can decide themselves AND witness yet another local public housing scheme in progress . . .
