MAYOR Q DESERVES CREDIT/BLAME FOR SUCCESS IN PUSHING KANSAS CITY TAXES HIGHER DESPITE HARSH TIMES!!!

 Consider . . .  

Layoffs, trade war and the rising cost of living for most Americans didn't stop this politico from leveraging a low-turnout election in order to garner more taxpayer resources for development projects and no-show job programs.

Of course . . . We share his more optimistic view so that readers can make their own judgements:
