WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG WITH MOVING MORE RESIDENTS INTO THE MOST VIOLENT STREET IN KANSAS CITY?!??
Moreover . . .
We notice a lot of emphasis on discounted housing but not much info about additional security which would be more effective at luring locals.
