That local developer class don't really care what either side thinks and the protest wasn't effective at doing anything but generating a few newsie notes.
Reality check . . . Kansas City financial shell games are too complicated for most residents to follow and newsies don't really do a good job explaining how it works.
And so . . .
Server protest is actually misdirected and only grazes the real concern for KC residents . . .
There are BILLIONS worth of tax credits that can be directed without much accountability or a vote of the public . . . The server farm is actually a better idea than a lady's soccer stadium that was also used Port KC funding.
