"After experiencing multiple break-ins at her businesses over the past year, a Kansas City bakery owner is preparing to reopen her coffee shop near 39th and Main Street. Heather White, who operates two restaurants and a bakery, said repeated thefts, including stolen tips and damage to her storefronts, led her to close the front of her coffee shop, Enchanté, earlier this year."
