Jackson County Upholds Veto Override Against Property Tax Rollback

Didn't have a lot of blogging time today but we felt like it was important to share this tidbit for close readers: 

JACKSON COUNTY EXEC FRANK WHITE'S VETO OF PROPERTY TAX ROLLBACK WAS UPHELD TODAY BY HIS ALLIES ON THE LEGISLATURE!!!

Here's the quote from the message on the vote count amid a great deal of frustration that's also shared with the electorate:

Voted to uphold the veto, and thus the rollback of the 2023 tax rates is yet again another @JacksonCountyMO #KansasCity is delayed again.
