Kansas City’s historic Elmwood Cemetery fell victim to overnight vandalism and thefts last week – between Tuesday, April 1, and Wednesday, April 2.
Thieves stole bronze doors from three mausoleums in the historic cemetery.
An Elmwood board member, Alison Paddock, said vandals hit the cemetery twice on the same night.
