Context with respect to so many fake economic studies and traffic fears that lacked imagination . . .

Let's not forget hipsters in this part of town had a chance to garner BILLIONS worth of investment at the expense of a couple of dive bars but instead they played a key part in rejecting the plan and helping to chase pro-teams out of town. 

And so . . .

Just like many of us had warned . . . 

A dearth of investment and opportunity along with market trends have sparked less biz in the Crossroads and this kind of desperation . . . Check-it: 

"In collaboration with a local designer and print shop, created a map of locally-owned Crossroads businesses. Shops plan to pass out the maps to visitors to encourage them to walk the neighborhood and shop local."
