Car owners in the Blue Hills Neighborhood complain about their cars being broken into, leaving them with damage to their cars and broken windows to repair.
One doesn’t need to look far around East Kansas City’s Blue Hills Neighborhood to find broken car windows . . . Easily spotted eight automobiles parked on streets and driveways with shattered glass. Other cars have plastic coverings over their windows, suggesting they’ve been recent victims.
