According to Williamson County court records, Worthy is seeking more than $250,000 in damages from ex-fiancé Tia Jones after he said she made up domestic violence claims "for the sole purpose of her financial gain and Plaintiff’s ruin." He's also accusing Jones of plotting to "extort a home, money, cars and other valuables" from him since their romantic relationship began in March of 2024.
