Suspended City Manger List Of Demands Foreshadows Legal Fight?!?

Here's what politicos at 12th & Oak fear . . .

Suspended City Manager might be ready to push back against his detractors with an EPIC wrongful termination claim that could break the bank and spark some horrible local publicity regarding ALLEGED cowtown employment bias. 

I know it might be hard for some to imagine . . . But there's a scenario wherein Brian Platt might be celebrated throughout national media when the "advocacy" of urban groups and some insiders are exposed to the entire nation.

Even more interestingly . . .

Behind the scenes Mayor & (most of) Council have been VERY CAREFUL when talking about the list of demands from Brian Platt. 

One tidbit that's now public . . . 

The suspended city manger is rumored to be demanding an ON-RECORD review before any vote for dismissal. 

The smart money is that this thing is going to court and local taxpayers might suffer yet another historic defeat.
