Missouri Democrats have a knack for wasting any & every opportunity given to them by the GOP super-majority . . . Here's a hint of progressive frustration at the status quo in Jeff City that maintains poor healthcare for urban AND rural areas, sketchy highways, poor public school pay & performance and a dearth of economic growth for those who aren't politically connected . . .
