Show-Me DOOMED Second Amendment Protection Act Redux?!?

In 2023 a federal judge ruled this effort unconstitutional . . . And any 1L knows that it violates the Supremacy Clause in the Constitution. 

However . . . There's no denying this legal bunt makes a great campaign issue for low-info voters who don't bother keeping up with the news that's not in their social media bubble.

And so . . .

Here's a peek at our cynical Jeff City friends getting ready to p0wnz the libs by way of social media trolling . . . Which is, admittedly, pretty effective against the hapless Missouri Democrats.

The Missouri House on Thursday passed a bill that would reenact a controversial gun rights law a federal court previously struck down as unconstitutional.

The legislature first passed the Second Amendment Preservation Act in 2021. The law would penalize Missouri police for enforcing federal gun laws.

That would include any federal laws intended to track, register, limit or control the sale or ownership of firearms.
