Olathe Stores Suffer Police Raids

The owner is pushing back off-the-record and the reality is that Kansas laws are ALL OVER THE PLACE when it comes to most of the sketchy stuff for sale at local corner shops. 

Heck . . . 

Target might not believe in DEI anymore but they're still making EPIC money by selling vibrators and other "adult" toys . . . 

And so we share a bit of the suburban drama . . .

The store, at Ridgeview and Kansas City Road, had some product pulled from its shelves Friday. It’s unclear what was taken and exactly how much.

“One of my employees called me and they said: 'We got raided.' They came and they took all these products, put them in these boxes and they left,” the owner said. “Items off the shelf.”

The owner, of that specific store, claims he didn’t know any of the products he sold might have been illegal.

"Add to that, everybody in the state of Kansas, from border to border, they sell (the) same thing,” he added. “Same wholesalers. Same suppliers. Same companies.”

He said education surrounding what can be sold and what can’t – is lacking.

Multiple Olathe convenience stores raided

The Snaps Food Mart at Ridgeview and Kansas City Road, had some product pulled from its shelves Friday.
