Today we find one more reason why members of law enforcement deserve our respect.
When crazy troubled and violent people engage in dangerous behavior . . . Everyone runs the other way and calls for help . . . And police answer those calls at every hour of the day.
Here's one nearby example of a somewhat local situation wherein an officer risked personal safety to protect the public . . .
"When officers arrived, they reportedly found SUSPECT sitting on the ground in front of a shattered Domino’s window and claiming to be God. The officers tried to get him to move, but he instead fully undressed and slapped an officer while they tried to detain him."

The man was charged with battery and criminal damages after an incident back in October 2024.
