Kansas Senator Marshall Champions 'Defining Male & Female' Bill

In the midst of an impending recession and rural population drastically shrinking away to nothing, one of the top Republicans in Kansas is hoping to teach the nation a basic biology lesson.

Here's the premise that's supposed to distract from economic fears going into trade wars . . .

In a press release, Marshall says the bill codifies “the legal definitions of male, female, and sex to ensure they are based on biological reality rather than radical, left-wing ideology.”

Marshall says the bill would "enshrine into law President Trump’s Executive Order entitled 'Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,' which clarifies that sex is determined at conception and is dependent on the size of reproductive cells and ensures the federal government uses this sex dichotomy."
