"One issue is concert revenue losses the Kansas City Chiefs face due to the construction needed to prepare GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium for the international soccer tournament in the summer of 2026.
"Multiple sources have confirmed in the past week that the Chiefs are worried about the financial impact of the cost of World Cup renovations at Arrowhead combined with the loss of summer concert revenue at the stadium as renovations happen."
