Kansas City Public School Honcho Probably Makes More Than $250K Per Year?!?

Her predecessor eclipsed the quarter million dollar mark before the Biden-Inflation era took hold.

Let's remember . . . 

[Superintendent Mark] Bedell’s base salary increases to $265,000, about $24,000 more than he made this school year and $18,000 more than he would’ve made under the previous contract. The district  originally hired Bedell for $225,000 in 2016, and his salary has increased each successive school year.

Sadly, the dollar amount will garner headlines AFTER the vote but it's a fact that voters might want to know before they send almost HALF A BILLION BUCKS to KCPS . . . Of course, in fairness, here's the nice news that local media carried this week . . .
