A love letter for local tax breaks seems to argue that turning this cowtown into a server rack is the future.

"In just three weeks, the City Council approved tax breaks of as much as $8.2 billion over 37 years, if Meta Platforms Inc. (Nasdaq: META) built out all 880 acres it would go on to buy.
"That’s more than triple the $2.5 billion budget the city is weighing for its next fiscal year . . .
"The region already is home to almost 200 data centers. However, massive hyperscale campuses are comparatively new, as are city and state incentive packages crafted to lure them."
