Independence Police Chief Backs Officers After Mom & Daughter Shot Dead

“That’s a calculus the officer goes through, that’s an analysis that goes into their mind but ultimately you can still kill someone with a knife holding a child. So that officer is entitled to defend himself and other people,” Chief Dustman said . . .
