Double Take: Xavier Worthy WAG Drama Offers Life Lesson?!?

Spoiler alert . . . The life lesson is actually pretty simple but something that most men take a lifetime to learn . . .

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, DON'T LIVE WITH WOMEN!!!

That's it.

It's that simple.

Get married, have kids, do what you want . . . We're just saying TKC has NEVER met a dude living with a lady who wasn't completely miserable in some way. (Hint: The converse of this axiom is probably true as well but almost NOBODY bothers to really listen to women over 34 years-old.)

Consider . . .

American divorce rates and the inevitable decline of the vapid "American Nuclear Family" offers data-driven evidence that nuptial bliss or any facsimile thereof is/was nothing more than a fantasy invented by corporations in partnership with the military-industrial complex.

Living with women is either a soul-crushing exercise in submission OR a state of constant conflict and disappointment.

Yes, this is bad advice from a dude who lives in his mom's basement BUT it's not like we didn't have the opportunity to "advance" our position by way of capitulating to consumerist fantasies of objectively hot ladies over the years.

And all of this brings to mind John Milton's Paradise Lost and this passage . . .

Satan, formerly called Lucifer, is the first major character introduced in the poem. He is a tragic figure who famously declares: "Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven"

Okay, that's a bit dramatic . . .

Forgive TKC's postmodern influences, it just seems ridiculous to pretend that there's any inherent "meaning" in a dead-end teaching career rather than this glorious path of delusion local blogging. (lulz)

But I digress . . .

The point here is that we're forced to stipulate that it seems that Xavier Worthy might be the good guy in this story.

Of course, we haven't heard anything but social media speculation and a lot of "Black Twitter" "Black Internet" hateration directed toward Tia Jones.

We'd be more than willing to consider her side of the story given that she might now be homeless and willing to lower her standards . . . Which, along with our joke-y good nature, is the only way TKC has EVER been able to find common ground with any member of the fairer sex.

Anyhoo . . .

All of this preamble is merely to ask for our blog community for their estimation of this sordid drama that starts the Chiefs off-season wherein SOMEBODY is likely to get badly hurt, embarrassed or make all of us endure a questionable hook-up dragged out for far too long . . . Check-it . . .

'The complainant was recently asked to vacate Mr. Worthy's residence upon discovery of her infidelity. She has refused to do so and made a number of extortive efforts prior to resorting to this baseless allegation against Mr. Worthy.'

Worthy's accuser is not identified in the statement, but he did get engaged to sprinter Tia Jones last July. Jones previously revealed the couple was constructing a mansion.

Online records show Worthy has a home in Georgetown, Texas, which is in Williamson County. It's still not known if the alleged altercation took place at the home he shares with Jones.
