Don Quixote Redux Debuts In Kansas City

In what is considered the first "modern novel" . . . Don Quixote is a TKC favorite because the themes of delusion, misguided persistence and dark comedy fit nicely with the current slightly hopeless "ethos" of this social media epoch. 

In reality . . . A truly great work of fiction is timeless and we notice a lot of interest from local elite for this cowtown rendition of a work from the classical canon of Western literature. 

At the very least . . . Locals were able to rub elbows with their betters if they weren't able to appreciate the art.
