Celebrate Kansas City Lady Soccer Groundbreaking Down By River?!?

Today's hype offers more nice drawings and visions of so many upwardly mobile people enjoying wonderful lives and paying EPIC taxes in a fancy new development.

"Wednesday's groundbreaking ushered in a $200 million phase of the project focused on homes, apartments, retail space and more. According to the KC Current, there will be 429 multi-family homes, 48,000 square feet of retail and more than two acres of riverfront gathering space, including a town square and riverfront promenade."
