"When first responders arrived at the caller’s location, they said they found witnesses who reported they were outside when SUSPECT came at their son with a metal rod. He proceeded to pull out a firearm and point it at the man before he began to shout and 911 was called.

"The victim told investigators SUSPECT had previously assaulted his brother and threatened his family. Surveillance footage from a camera in the area confirmed the victim’s story.

"SUSPECT was arrested and admitted to police he had been in an ongoing feud with the victim’s family. He has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon, harassment and armed criminal action as a result. If convicted, he could face up to 23 years behind bars and be forced to pay a $20,000 fine."
