The Kansas City Royals are still shy after getting burned in a thoughtless campaign to garner hundreds of millions worth of taxpayer cash. However, their unwillingness to share designs has impeded progress in Missouri.

In fact . . . For about a year the only news has been made-up speculation from local sports newsies and some really bad drawings.
