Massive Kansas City Brawl Results In Deadly Double Shooting

Police said officers were dispatched to the 6900 block of Eastwood Trafficway around 8:30 p.m. to investigate a reported shooting. When they arrived, police found a man with obvious gunshot wounds. He was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.

Police said while on the scene, officers were informed that another man with critical gunshot wounds was taken to an area hospital in a private vehicle from the same scene.

Police said the man who was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle ultimately died as a result of his injuries.

Investigators believe this incident started as an argument between several people, which escalated to gunfire.
