Kansas City Parking Space Fight Ends In Gunfire Charges

Tragically . . .

A local Latina debate ended in a shooting according to recent police dox.

Here's the roundup of a tense situation where, thankfully, nobody was hurt . . . 

Investigators said they found an argument over a parking space was the catalyst. During the disagreement, SUSPECT believed she had been locked out of the home and broke in through the window. As she went for her firearm, one roommate attempted to stop her but was unsuccessful.

Witnesses reported that she returned with her firearm and began to point it at one of the victims as she threatened to shoot everyone involved. When she allegedly pointed the gun at one of the victims, a second victim intervened and hit her arm. The gun went off and shot the floor molding just below the window.

Multiple witnesses told law enforcement officials that SUSPECT had threatened to shoot at least one of the victims multiple times in the past. She was arrested as a result and charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

Investigators noted that SUSPECT admitted she produced a firearm during the altercation and that it had gone off inside the home. Four children were inside the house at the time.
