CAN ANYBODY TELL US HOW/WHY LOCAL CONTROL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RISING CRIME?!? WHAT MAGIC SOLUTION DO MAYOR & COUNCIL HAVE THAT THEY CAN'T ENACT WITHOUT MORE POWER?!?

Hint . . . Raiding those fat police pensions is REALLY the point of most of this conversation.
