Kansas City 'Low Barrier Shelters' Might Close Over Funding Shortage

Residents can't REALLY blame this one of the White House given that that local funds geared toward developers and other pro-sports promo are mostly responsible for draining this town's cash supply ahead of the annual budget circus act.

Here's the word . . . 

"Kansas City's winter weather low barrier shelters may be forced to close this weekend due to a lack of adequate funding. And while the city asked the shelters last week if they could stay open past Feb. 28, shelter operators say the funding offered by the city for March will not nearly cover their expenses.2 hours ago"

Hope Faith had to reject a funding extension contract with Kansas City, saying the funds offered were not being enough to keep doors open.
