Now . . . Some claim that the city manager is comfortable with stretching the truth with the media so we may never get an answer to this important question . . . 

"A post from our city manager Brian Platt last year bragging about how the mayor had just turned on the last of the 90,000 LED's as I highlighted below in his past

 

"So why are we budgeting the additional funds to replace street lights that have already been switched?!?"
