"The city's Planned Industrial Expansion Authority on Thursday authorized a 25-year property tax abatement and sales tax exemption on construction materials for the 25-story, 293-unit high-rise. The project will replace surface parking lots to the west and south of B&B Theatres. It also includes 17,000 square feet of retail space, much of it in a two-story restaurant building northwest of Main Street and Truman Road."
