The KC Biz Journal is entitled to give developers the benefit of the doubt . . . But read this report closely and notice that not a lot of people are NOT buying this idea.
Also . . .
Downtown Kansas City living looks A LOT differently than it did when this project was convinced.
Still . . .
Fools and their money have invested in worse ideas . . . Even if luxury real estate inside the KCMO loop is becoming a harder sell in this economy . . .
Check-it:
"Current plans include similar unit and room ranges, but the offices could be replaced with additional residences because an anchor tenant has not been secured. The project also may now be structured with three towers, instead of the original two. The recent FAA determinations will permit the developers to build as high as 40 stories, a developer said."
