KC Country Club Plaza Owners Share Sketchy 'Possibilities" For Future

New drawings hit local social media today.

And here's our big question . . .

WHERE WILL THE PLAZA FIND THE TENANTS TO FILL THESE NEW DIGS?!?!

Consider . . . 

Even the most sympathetic news outlets report there are now more than 40 vacancies on the plaza with new owners admitting more "strategic" closings on the way. 

And so . . . For now we take a peek at this grand designs that look like they're coming from a bored art student dreaming about a better future . . .

Credit where it's due . . . At least they thought about parking spaces in these designs . . .

And of course there's a plan for a big-a$$ hotel . . .

And here's the fanciful press statement . . .

"They are the possibilities, as displayed in more artists’ renderings being shown to neighborhood groups, of what the 103-year-old shopping district might look like in coming years. In September, the Plaza’s new Dallas owners — Highland Park Village Partners Ltd, recently rebranded as The Village Collection — served up images for the Plaza."
