GOP Promises Abortion Push Back But What If They FAIL?!?

Here's the problem . . .

CHECK THE POLLING AND NOTICE THAT MISSOURI GOP WOMEN VOTED FOR ABORTION ON THE DOWN LOW!!!

But it gets worse than that . . .

MANY REPUBLICANS BLAME LACK OF LEADERSHIP AGAINST ABORTION BUT IT'S UNLIKELY GUV KEHOE WANTS TO BUILD HIS TENURE ON THIS CONTROVERSY!!!

Translation . . .

An abortion crackdown needs a good salesperson and the angry white dudes of the Missouri GOP don't seem like the right guys to convince half the state to overturn a close vote.

Actually . . .

That's unfortunate for a lot of reasons . . . Missouri Republicans need RELATABLE women in power to help their efforts but, sadly, the GOP bench just doesn't seem to have anyone to make that argument.

In the meantime we hear a lot of bluster but not any solid plan to act on the issue . .

"Lawmakers and anti-abortion activists gathered at Planned Parenthood clinics around the state just days after abortion services returned to Missouri . . . Missouri Republicans have filed three dozen bills seeking to either repeal or rein in Amendment 3. So far, the House has prioritized a proposed constitutional amendment that would reinstate an abortion ban but create exceptions for survivors of rape and incest, as long as they report the crime to police.

Senate Democrats have threatened to filibuster any effort to overturn the voter-approved amendment legalizing abortion.

In addition to GOP lawmakers seeking to put abortion back on the statewide ballot."
