Crackdown On Kansas Junk Food Turnabout

Fair play for this politico who wants to hold conservatives to the same standards they're applying to po'folk . . . It doesn't quite make sense since we don't see any traveling legislators making time to prepare a health meal . . . But that's not really the point . . . Check-it:

"A Kansas Democrat proposed prohibiting lawmakers from using their $178 per diem for purchasing soda, candy, alcoholic beverages and hot meals, the same things Republicans are trying to restrict for purchase under a government food assistance program."
