Center School District Honcho Calls It Quits

There isn't a lot of info in this report but it DOES ANSWER lingering questions about the school leader's absence . . .

"Dr. Yolanda Cargile’s resignation, effective Feb. 1, was made official during a school board meeting Monday. But anyone following the meeting likely had no idea. The approval came in the consent agenda where there was no discussion and was only found by sifting through the list of personnel changes.

"Unlike most resignations, which will come at the end of the school year, Cargile has already left the district. Her chair sat empty Monday night. Her absence the past three weeks had some parents questioning what was happening."
