The program will be called the Property Owner Support Program. It launches on on Jan. 15.

City leaders said the idea is to offer money to landlords as an incentive to rent to tenants who rely on housing vouchers, including families or individuals who are at 60% or below the Area Median Income.

The idea is the funding would help with requirements that are needed to use a housing

City leaders said there is $1 million set aside for the program.
