Northland Kansas City Council Dude Readies Run For Mayor With Street Racing Ordinance

Q's street racing ordinance didn't do much and we don't have very high hopes for another bit of legislation.

Actually, we think the other Northland dude would make a better choice but he's got another term to consider. 

Meanwhile . . . Here's a publicity stunt that still won't get Northland voters to admit that they're part of KCMO . . . Check-it:

"Councilman Wes Rogers introduced the ordinance last month. It’s set to go before the council’s Transportation, Infrastructure and Operations Committee on Jan. 7. The ordinance cites the city’s desire is to “prohibit dangerous driving behaviors.”

Kansas City to consider ordinance requiring all wheels of vehicle be on the ground

The Kansas City, Missouri, City Council is considering a change to city rules that would require all of a vehicle's wheels to be in constant contact with the ground.
