Newsflash: Kansas City Jerk Exposed Riding Toy Train Streetcar

A local "hood" social media outlet is garnering a bit of traction today with a sneak peek into the proclivities of streetcar ridership. 

We don't know what itch the guy is scratching but the obscured image isn't for the faint of heart. 

What's interesting is that that a great many riders have responded by confirming that they've seen the dude ALLEGEDLY mishandling himself in a public setting.

Sadly . . .

This is the kind of ridership warning that streetcar officials won't share with the public.

Accordingly, we share the word from AWESOME TKC READERS . . . Check-it:

"I am informed that he was permitted to reboard the bus today without any restriction or ban. Mayor Quinton Lucas, this type of activity must not be tolerated, especially given the presence of minors on these buses."
