THE LATEST REPORT ABOUT HOMELESS ON LOCAL STREETS TOTALLY OVERLOOKS SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBS!!!

Sure . . .

We'll stipulate that a lot of junkies are likely "self-medicating" because of mental health issues or vice versa.

However . . .

The biggest factor that keeps homeless people on the street in all kinds of insane weather is drug abuse and our progressive friends downplaying this truism doesn't help readers ACCURATELY understand the crisis. 

Instead . . .

This is a nice report that doesn't tell us much about real life . . .
