We've talked about this before but it's worth mentioning again if only because this transit trend is taking hold throughout the metro as the KCATA is slowly transitioning into a tech & development agency and moving away from transit altogether.

IRIS micro transit is set to officially begin its service operations in the city of Independence on Thursday after the IndeBus transit system stopped its operations on Tuesday.
