Mayor Q Vs. KC Pet Project

Quick update and a somewhat recent interview that we wanted to pick up . . .

The context here is that locals are still CONCERNED after a local dude was mauled to death by a pack of pit bulls . . . The tragedy has evoked more pressure on city hall to change the current system.

Here's a comment on the issue that remains unresolved so far . . . 

(Mayor) Lucas also spoke about the Kansas City Pet Project, with a proposal pending to take the job of animal control in the city away from the organization and bring it back in house. Lucas says KC Pet Project is not up to where it needs to be when it comes to animal control.
