Last night we had a pretty great conversation about the future of the MAGA economy in Kansas City.
We garnered a few great responses that offered a lot to think about but recently KC TOP ECHELON INSIDERS sent an impressive insight that we wanted to share.
Here's the word . . .
"MAGA moving the federal government away from telework has the potential to help KC's economy more than anything we've seen in years. More people coming back to downtown helps restaurants, merchants and might inspire even more people to invest in housing inside & around the loop. Downtown KC stagnated under Biden Administration COVID rules but now we're on the way to making a comeback with more customers for local biz and workers looking for housing closer to their jobs. In the long run, MAGA ending telework is one of the best things he could accomplish domestically given that KC desperately needs help bringing people back inside the loop without any kind of costly taxpayer-funded pro-sports ploy."
And so . . .
Here's more big picture info on the MAGA power move that might even take shape on "Day One" of MAGA's return trip . . . Check-it:
"The House Oversight Committee found that prolonged pandemic-era telework has been "detrimental" to government agencies and new employee training, and it laid out in a new report proposed recommendations for the Trump administration to bring federal workers back to unused and vacant federal office buildings."
