Almost two weeks later, the mayor’s office won’t confirm any new information, referring us back to these comments before Sunday’s win . . .
“It’s a pretty broad pure government planning type of thing,” Lucas said. “Usually, we don’t have a conversation in advance, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t have real extensive discussions -- by conversations, I mean we don’t have an extensive public conversation. It probably won’t surprise you to know and to think that we don’t do these things in two days. We are usually trying to arrange a number of things, and this is no different.”
